This organic apple cider vinegar with organic bee honey is produced from selected Bulgarian apples grown organically. The freshly squeezed apple juice is converted by alcoholic and an acetic acid fermentation into organic vinegar that contains the fruits’ natural vitamins and minerals. The added organic honey (2%) enriches it with vitamins and minerals and gives it a subtle flavor. The vinegar is thermally unprocessed, it contains no artificial colors and flavors.
