This organic vinegar is produced from selected Bulgarian apples grown organically. The freshly squeezed apple juice is converted by alcoholic and an acetic acid fermentation into an organic vinegar that contains the preserved from the fruits vitamins and minerals. The product has rich distinguished apple flavor. It is thermally unprocessed and contains no artificial colors and flavors. The soft golden color is naturally gained from the fruits. The appearance of the precipitate is a natural process and does not affect the product quality.
