The freshly squeezed apple juice is converted by alcoholic and an acetic acid fermentation into organic vinegar that contains the fruits’ natural vitamins and minerals. The added organic honey (2%) enriches it with vitamins and minerals and gives it a subtle flavor. The vinegar is thermally unprocessed, it contains no artificial colors and flavors.
